What do the dates on the calendar mean when reserving a product?

The first date you select on the calendar widget when reserving a product, or the 'Delivered By' date, is the date by which your products will be delivered to you. The end date, or the 'Return By' date, is the date that the products should be taken to the nearest UPS location and shipped back to us.

How do I return my items?

Your order will come with a prepaid return label inside. Simply attach the return label over the original shipping label and take it to the nearest UPS location before or on your 'Return By' date. You do not have to pay for return shipping.

I need to reserve an item for longer than 5 days. Can I do that?

Am I responsible for cleaning?

You are responsible for removing sticks, dirt, leaves, or any other foreign object on your items. You are not responsible for washing stains or marks out of fabric or other material.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship domestically to the United States.
